Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund.

  • Products must be in like-new, original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • A copy of the original invoice is required.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Fresca products and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important: Toronto Vanity reserves the right to refuse returns that have been installed, used, damaged, or returned without the original packaging.

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of pickup or delivery.

Products must be in original condition and include the original packaging and invoice.

Items are not eligible for return or exchange if they:

  • Show signs of installation or previous use.
  • Are broken, scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged.
  • Are returned without the original invoice.
  • Are missing the original packaging.
  • Have packaging that is substantially damaged.
Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply when an item must be repacked by Toronto Vanity staff.

Defective or Damaged Items

Customers are responsible for fully inspecting all purchased products at the time of pickup or delivery.

Please inspect all products before accepting them.

Broken, scratched, dented, or visibly damaged products may not be accepted for return or exchange after pickup or delivery has been completed.

Stock & Storage Policy

Toronto Vanity can guarantee stock for ordered products for up to 30 days from the due date shown on your invoice.

  • Products not picked up within 30 days may be returned to stock.
  • Reordered products may take approximately 1 to 8 weeks to become available again.
Need us to store your order longer?

Storage may be available upon request for $15.00 per square foot, per month, based on the amount of storage space required. Storage must be arranged before the due date shown on your invoice.

Order Pickup

For your protection, a valid photo ID must be presented when picking up an order.

Please also bring your invoice or order confirmation to help us process your pickup quickly.
