Freight Shipping for Large Items
Shipping for large items such as vanities, bathtubs, and other oversized products requires freight service and cannot always be calculated automatically online.
If you are placing your order online and require freight shipping, please select "Contact Us For Lower Rates" during checkout. Once we receive your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours with a shipping quote.
GTA Delivery
Delivery within the Greater Toronto Area may be available within approximately 3 hours, depending on product availability, order size, destination, and scheduling. Please contact us directly for service availability and pricing.
How to Request a Shipping Quote
1. Online
Add the items you would like to order to your shopping cart. During checkout, select "Contact me for payment" under the payment options and select "Contact Us For Lower Rates" under the shipping options. We will contact you within 24 hours with your shipping quote.
2. By Email
Select the items you would like to order and email your order list, postal code or ZIP code, and contact phone number to sales@torontovanity.com . We will contact you within 24 hours with your shipping quote.
3. By Phone
Select the items you would like to order and call 1-877-249-4504 . Our team will assist you and provide a shipping quote.
Domestic Freight Shipments
Large orders such as vanities, bathtubs, and other oversized products may be shipped using common LTL carriers or truckload service.
We work with a large network of trucking and transportation companies across Canada. This allows us to arrange transportation for orders of different sizes and deliver to destinations throughout the country.
Our goal is to provide a shipping method that is cost-effective, efficient, and safe. Freight charges must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise arranged. LTL freight charges may be prepaid by Toronto Vanity and added to the final invoice.
Freight deliveries are generally completed on business days, Monday through Friday.
International Shipments
For large international orders, including vanities and bathtubs, we work with shipping lines and freight forwarders to arrange delivery to destinations outside Canada. Our team will help determine the most appropriate shipping method and will ensure merchandise is packed carefully to maximize available space and reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Customer Trucking Company Pickup
Customers may arrange pickup using their own trucking or freight company. Orders will be checked and securely wrapped on pallets before pickup.
If required, please contact us for pallet dimensions and weight so your transportation company can prepare an accurate freight quote.
Availability
We make every effort to keep as many products as possible in stock. However, high demand or manufacturer availability may occasionally result in longer fulfillment or shipping times. If any product in your order is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Pickup
We keep many products in stock at our showroom and warehouse locations. If your products are not immediately available for pickup, we will prepare your order as quickly as possible based on product availability and order size. In many cases, orders may be ready the same business day.
Delivery Address Requirements
Merchandise must be delivered to a valid residential or business street address. P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address that can safely accommodate the shipment. Deliveries are generally completed during business days, Monday through Friday.
