Return Policy

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 30 days before shipping out will receive a full refund.

Clearance Sales and Boxing Week Sales

Authorized Returns

All authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge, and all customs or brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to the warehouse will be withheld from the refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All items must be returned with the original packaging and in like-new condition.

Authorized returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date shown on your invoice, with the original packaging and in like-new condition. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise

Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by Toronto Vanity Customer Service. All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Toronto Vanity.

Toronto Vanity, in its sole discretion, will determine whether returned products are in fact defective. Toronto Vanity is not responsible for products deemed mistreated or worn out. If merchandise is determined not to be defective, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs to return the merchandise.

Limit of Liability

All merchandise contained in our catalogs is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Toronto Vanity product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Toronto Vanity reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Toronto Vanity reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. If payment has already been processed and the order is cancelled, Toronto Vanity will issue a refund for the applicable amount.
